Phillip Chavira
Phillip founded PCC in 2023 with a mission to help communities heal through nonprofits and remains committed to providing affordable CFO solutions to both nonprofits and individuals. Previously, Phillip served as the Finance Director and day-to-day lead accountant for Point Reyes National Seashore Association, the largest nonprofit partner to the Point Reyes National Park Service. Before moving to Northern California, he was the first Executive Director of Color at Intiman Theatre in Seattle, WA, where he championed free tickets to welcome a broader audience and successfully retired $2.7 million in debt and obligations. He holds an MBA from Fordham University, is a Seattle Mayor’s Arts Award recipient, and a Broadway Tony nominee.

Mariella Long
Mariella joins PCC with a focus on supporting both for-profit and nonprofit organizations with over a decade of accounting experience. With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Mariella's passion for community engagement has driven her to work extensively with organizations closely connected to their communities. Her previous roles include providing scholarship opportunities for students at a community college foundation, managing bookkeeping and donor data for a nature preserve organization, and offering payroll and human resources support for the Point Reyes National Seashore Association, the largest partner to the National Park Service. Mariella is eager to leverage her expertise and enthusiasm to meet customer needs! Mariella likes that bookkeeping is a universal experience that helps provide control of financial success. And when she's not working with numbers and data, Mariella enjoys reading, puzzles and local trails.

Christina Nuno
With over 25 years’ experience working in the accounting field, Christina brings knowledge from non-profit, manufacturing and entertainment industry’s where she has held positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Budget Analyst, Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable Supervisor. Christina strongly believes in processes and procedures as these provide a necessary back bone for successful financial management. She has a vast knowledge in all aspects of accounting to include A/R, A/P, budget and grant management, general ledger and reporting functions.Christina has 2 adult married sons and 3 beautiful grandchildren. Her spare time is spent volunteering with AYSO as a board member and coach. Fun fact: I always have a No. 2 pencil and a pencil sharpener.

I’m a bookkeeper based in Johannesburg, South Africa with over 10 years of experience in various financial functions. I excel in managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashbook Reconciliations, Payroll Administration, and Monthly Reporting, all while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and integrity. When I’m not managing finances, I’m a proud mom to two cats and enjoy tending to my collection of plants. I’m passionate about personal growth and find organizing spaces to be a rewarding hobby.
